Hardship does not merely mean suffering; instead,
It is the yuan, the predestined condition that leads us to the Dharma.
Without any hardship, no one would seek the way of liberation,
Because of hardships, we do; therefore,
We should be grateful to the yinyuan of hardship.
From now on, whenever we encounter adverse situations,
Let’s look at it from a different angle, and remind ourselves to
Abhor the suffering Saha world, desire the Land of Ultimate Bliss.
Reinforce our faith in Amitabha Buddha, and
Be thankful for the hardship.
